固体碱催化Aldol反应合成假紫罗兰酮的研究
【摘要】 制备了两种不同的负载型固体碱催化剂用于假紫罗兰酮的合成。通过对假紫罗兰酮收率的考察,得到了催化活性较好的负载型固体碱K2CO3/MgO;并通过正交实验探讨了催化剂的干燥温度、催化剂的负载量、催化剂的用量以及催化剂的焙烧温度对假紫罗兰酮收率的影响。
【Abstract】 Pseudoionones was synthesized by solid base catalysts.Two kinds of catalysts were prepared to obtain high yield of pseudoionones in this paper.Solid base K2CO3/MgO showed the highest catalytic activity among used catalysts.The effects including catalyst preparation(drying temperature,K2CO3 loading,catalyst concentration and calcination temperature)and the ratio of pseudoionones were investigated by orthogonal experiment.
