脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇免疫亲和层析柱的研制

【Abstract】 Using the anti-deoxynivalenol monoclonal antibody,we produced the deoxynivalenol(DON) immunoaffinity column.The column capacity was determined to be 1μg.Wheat samples were fortified with deoxynivalenol at three levels(1～3μg/g),the sample was extracted with water,filtrate was cleaned up by DON immunoaffinity column,and detected by HPLC.The recoveries of the deoxynivalenol were 88.7%～98.9%,the variation coefficients were 4.6%～7.4%.更多还原
