同轴射流乳化器流场特性研究

【摘要】 综述了现有的乳化器结构特点,从乳化机理出发,设计提出了新型高效的同轴射流乳化器,以不同喷射速度的水为工质,并就其内部流场特性进行了深入分析,得出了射流区速度、相对压力和能量耗散率分布规律,为该技术的进一步工程应用提供了参考依据。

【Abstract】 In this paper,a review of some traditional emulsifiers has been summarized.On the base of emulsifying theory and reports from authors all over the world,a new type and high efficiency emulsifier was designed.In order to obtain more information about this equipment,the turbulent flow characteristics was modeled using Navier-Stokes equations and standard-model,which was solved by commercial software FLUENT6.0.The results showed that the velocity,pressure and energy dissipation of jetting zone are symmetric with the axis,therefore,the jetting zone is an efficient flow field for heat and mass transfer,which is important for emulsification.
