【摘要】 用转矩流变仪共混—模压成型方法制备了Ekonol/G/MoS2/POM复合材料,通过环块磨损试验机对材料的耐磨性能进行了测试,并用SEM对磨损表面进行了观察和分析,在此基础上探讨了复合材料的磨损机理。结果表明:与POM相比,复合材料具有优良的耐磨性能;随着Ekonol含量的增加,复合材料的磨损机理发生了由犁沟、粘着磨损向疲劳磨损、磨粒磨损的转变。

【Abstract】 Ekonol/G/MoS2/POM composite was prepared by blending-compressing method with torque rheometer.The tribological behavior has been studied by the ring-block wear tester.The wear surface of the composite has been investigated by the SEM technique,and on the base of it,wear mechanism has been analyzed.Results shown that compared with pure POM,the composite has better tribological properties;With the increase of Ekonol content,the wear mechanism of the composite has been changed from furrow and adhesion wear to fatigue and grain wear.
