【摘要】 目的探讨对氧磷酶-1(PON-1)基因Glu-Arg192位点基因多态性与颈动脉斑块的关系。方法用多聚酶联反应限制片段多态性分析技术(PCR-RFLP),对49例颈动脉斑块形成病人及49例正常人PON-1的192位点进行基因分型。结果颈动脉斑块病人的PON-1QQ、QR、RR基因型的构成比与正常人比较差异无显著性(χ2=1.030,P>0.05)。结论PON-1的92等位点基因型与颈动脉斑块形成无相关关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between Q192R polymorphism of the paraoxonas1 (PON-1) gene and carotid plaque. Methods PON-1 genotype was determined by PCR-RFLP in 49 patients with carotid plaque and 49 normal control subjects. Results The genotype distribution of the PON-1 polymorphism was not significantly different between the patients and the normal control (χ2 =1.030,P>0.05). Conclusion 192 polymorphism of the PON-1 gene is not associated with carotid plaque.更多还原
