【摘要】 目的探讨子宫内膜腺癌组织中转移抑制基因1(KAI1)蛋白的表达及其意义。方法应用免疫组织化学EnviSion法检测20例正常子宫内膜和70例子宫内膜腺癌组织中KAI1蛋白的表达水平。结果子宫内膜腺癌组织中KAI1蛋白阳性表达率明显低于正常子宫内膜组织(χ2=12.22,P<0.01);子宫内膜腺癌组织中KAI1蛋白的表达与病理分级、手术-临床分期、肌层浸润深度及淋巴结转移有关(2χ=10.80~14.91,P<0.01)。结论KAI1蛋白表达下调可能是子宫内膜腺癌发生发展及浸润和转移的重要原因之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of KAI1 protein in human endometrial adenocarcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods Expression of KAI1 protein was measured by immunohistochemical EnviSion method in the normal endometrium (n=20) and the endometrial adenocarcinoma(n=70). Results The positive rate of KAI1 protein in the endometrial adenocarcinoma was significantly lower than that in the normal endometrium(χ2=12.22,P<0.01).KAI1 protein expression in the endometrial adenocarcinoma closely correlated with pathological grade,clinical stage,myometrial invasion and lymph node metastasis(χ2=10.80-14.91,P<0.01). Conclusion Down-regulation in the expression of KAI1 may play an important role in the progression and lymph node metastasis of endometrial adenocarcinoma.更多还原
