【摘要】 目的探讨外伤性白内障手术治疗时机的选择。方法将68例(69眼)不伴有严重并发症的外伤性白内障病人根据手术时机的不同分为A、B、C、D共4个组,对术后视力、手术并发症等比较分析。结果B组术后1个月矫正视力≥0.6者与其他组比较差异有显著性(P=0.008~0.030);术后出现严重前房反应及后囊混浊者,A组与其他组比较差异有显著性(P=0.002~0.045)。结论选择正确的手术时机对于外伤性白内障病人取得最佳视力及减少并发症是至关重要的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the optimal opportunity for surgery of traumatic cataract. Methods Sixty-eight cases(69 eyes) of traumatic cataracts without serious preoperative complications were divided into A,B,C and D groups according to different operative time.Visual acuity and operative complications were recorded. Results The rate of CVA better than 0.6 in group B one month after operation was significantly higher than that of other groups(P=0.008-0.030);the rate of serous anterior reaction and posterior capsular opacities were significantly increased in group A(P=0.002-0.045). Conclusion Appropriate operating time is important for patients with traumatic cataract to get the best vision and the least postoperative complications.更多还原
