【摘要】 目的研究复方霜桑叶治疗尘肺病的临床疗效。方法选择确诊的尘肺病人60例,采取1∶1配对分成治疗组和对照组,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上,服用复方霜桑叶(霜桑叶20 g、炒杏仁9 g、黄芪12 g、瓜蒌15 g、川贝12 g、桃仁12 g、灸芭叶15 g),水煎服,200 ml,bid,连续服用3个月、休息1个月为一疗程。观察治疗前后胸痛、咳嗽、咳痰、气促等临床症状,高仟伏X线胸片,肺功能,血清铜蓝蛋白(CP),血清免疫球蛋白(IgG),肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α),血尿常规,肝功,肾功,心电图,腹部B超。结果治疗组胸痛、咳嗽、咳痰好转率高于对照组;胸部X线片好转率20%,对照组好转率为0;进展率治疗组为10%,与对照组(16.7%)相比,差异未见统计学意义;治疗组和对照组肺功能ΔFEV1%和ΔFVC%均较前有所改善,但未见有统计学意义;治疗组CP和TNF-α较治疗前平均下降10.38 IU/L、8.57 pg/ml,对照组平均上升0.57 IU/L、3.62 pg/ml,治疗组和对照组IgG均较治疗前增高,平均分别增高3.49 g/L、2.13 g/L,差异无统计学意义。结论复方霜桑叶治疗尘肺病副作用小,疗效肯定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of complex prescription of mulberry leaf on pneumoconiosis .Method 60 definited pneumoconiosis patients were divided into"treatment group" and"control group",their work status,age,gender and individual protection condition were well matched, 30 persons for each group.The control group was only administrated with routine supportive treatment,the treatment group was given complex prescription of mulberry leaf,which was made up of mulberry leaf 20 g and other Chinese herbs,decocted in 200 ml water,orally taking twice a day for three months.Observing the respiratory manifestations such as chest pain,cough,short breath etc.,and making various examinations such as chest radiograph,pulmonary function,ceruloplasmin(CP),immunoglobulin G,tumor necrosis factor-α.,liver and renal function,blood and urine routine examination.Result The clinical symptoms,such as cough,expectoration,chest pain,were obviously relieved compared with controls.The improving rate in radiographs in treatment and control groups were 20% and 10%,and the progressive rate were 10% and 16.7% for these two groups respectively,there all were no significant difference(P>0.05).There was some improvement in ΔFEV1% and ΔFVC% in both groups,but no statistical significance.While the CP and TNF-α levels in treatment group were significantly decreased compared with controls,the IgG levels were also increased in both groups,but the difference had no obvious significance.Conclusion Complex prescription of mulberry leaf showed definite effectiveness on pneumoconiosis and seemed no adverse reaction.更多还原
