三种管桩生产用水泥的质量分析与探讨
Discussion on performance of three kinds of cement for pipe pile preparation
【摘要】 分析比较了广东省内3家新型干法水泥厂熟料矿物组成、烧成工艺和粉磨工艺的差异。结果表明,熟料矿物组成对管桩水泥性能影响较大;改善水泥颗粒级配和提高煅烧热力强度均能改善管桩水泥的性能。
【Abstract】 The difference of clinker mineral composition,burning process and grinding process of three modern cement plants in Guangdong province was compared.The results showed that the clinker mineral composition was a key facto to influence the performance of cement.The improvement of cement particle distribution and heating intensity during clinker burning could also improve the performance of cement for pipe pile manufacturing.
