有限元法在水泥装备设计中的应用
Application of finite element method in cement equipment design
【摘要】 随着科技的不断发展,采用先进的设计方法和手段是当前水泥装备开发的当务之急。有限元法(FEM- Finite Element Method)作为一种最有效的数值方法,在工程实际中得到了广泛、深入的应用。有限元法在堆取料机、磨机、回转窑等设备开发和设计过程中的应用实践证明:(1)有限元分析能够提供对所设计的工程系统从加工制造到运行,直至失效和破坏的全寿命过程的更深入认识,从而能更好地识别它的属性和特征。(2)有限元分析能够鉴定和评估设计对象的性能和质量,并允许以最低的费用在设计过程中就设计对象进行修改和优化。(3)有限元分析能够显著地缩短工程对象设计和投产周期,降低生产成本,提高市场竞争力。。
【Abstract】 Followed by development Of science and technology,adopting advanced design ways and means is an urgent issue for deveIoping cement equipment in recent days.Being the most effective numerical method,fintle element method(FEM)has been vastIy used in engineering practice.Application Of FEM in equipment development like stacker,reelaimer,mills and rotary kilns etc.has approved that,(1)FEM can fnrnish deep recognition of whole life cycle for designed engineering systems from their manufacturing,operation till to losing effectiveness and failure,so as to better identify their natures and features;(2)FEM can exam and assess performance and quality of designed objective,and can modify and optimize designed objective during design procedure with Iowest cost;(3)FEM can significantIy shorten design and manufacture schedule for engineering objectives and reduce operational cost,resulting in more powerful competitive ability in market.
