【摘要】 目的介绍一种改良的乳晕去表皮双三角皮瓣填充支撑法矫治乳头内陷的手术方法。方法采用乳晕去表皮双三角皮瓣填充支撑法矫治乳头内陷时,将一侧皮瓣向乳头内翻转270°,以填充隆起乳头,然后将另一侧皮瓣翻转180°置于乳头基部,以支撑乳头和缩小乳头基底直径。结果2001年至2006年8月,采用改良乳晕去表皮双三角皮瓣填充支撑法矫正先天性乳头内陷16例,术后随访2个月至3年,乳头内陷无复发,乳头感觉良好,外形满意。结论改良的乳晕去表皮双三角皮瓣填充法操作简便,易于掌握,术后乳头血运、感觉良好,效果持久,不易复发,是矫正乳头内陷的一种较理想的手术方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To introduce an improved operative method for correcting inverted nipple by using de-epithelialized triangular flaps of mammary areola as supporting and filling tissue. Methods When Lee′s procedure was employed, and the flap on one side was turned over 270 degrees to the nipple and filled to support the nipple, and then the flap on the other side within the nipple was reversed 180 degrees at the base to support the nipple and shorten the nipple basal diameter. Results Sixteen cases of congenital inverted nipple were performed the operation by using the method mentioned-above during 2001-2006.8. All patients were satisfied with the results which included good sensation, excellent contour and no recurrence. Conclusion This is an ideal operation for correcting inversed nipple.更多还原
