【摘要】 随着经济和城市化的迅速发展,我国城市土地利用的问题和矛盾也日益突出尖锐。针对这一问题以及人多地少的国情,21世纪我国城市只能走土地节约集约利用的道路,才能保证经济的繁荣和城市化的进一步发展。根据三门峡市的用地现状及特点,提出了目前三门峡市城市发展过程中存在的土地问题,并对如何节约集约利用土地进行了探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with the speedy economic and urbanization development, the contradiction and problem of the use of urban land in China has become more conspicuous. In the light of this problem and the national condition of more people with less land, cities in China have to take the way of economical and intensive use of land in the 21st century, only by which we can flourish our economy and encourage the urbanization development. According to the land use situation and characteristics in Sanmenxia city, the author puts forward the land problem during the urban development in Sanmenxia, and analyses the necessity of economical and intensive use of urban land, then probes into the steps of how to use the urban land economically and intensively.更多还原
