Mg(OH)2/PP和APP/PP阻燃复合材料的性能对比
Study on Properties of PP/Mg(OH)2 and PP/APP Flame-retarded Composite
【摘要】 比较了Mg(OH)2和APP阻燃聚丙烯复合材料的阻燃性能和力学性能。结果表明:APP的阻燃效果明显好于Mg(OH)2,锥形量热仪测试结果表明在阻燃性能上填充150份Mg(OH)2并不优于填充70份APP的聚丙烯阻燃材料;而APP的用量对材料力学性能的影响较大。
【Abstract】 The flame-retarded properties and mechanical properties of PP/ Mg(OH)2 composite were contrasted with PP/APP one. The results shows that the flame-retarded effect of APP is better than Mg(OH)2. The cone calorimeter test shows that flame-retarded properties of composite containing 150 phr Mg(OH)2 had not obvious difference with one containg 70 phr A. The mechanical properties of PP/APP composite is greatly influenced by APP content.
