【Abstract】 Evaluation Method of Lowest Price Limited is one of the methods that comply with the Law of Tendering and Bidding of P. R. China and is adopted widely in tendering and bidding of water project. The advantages and issues with the Evaluation Method of Lowest Price Limited are examined in reference to the implementation models of Evaluation Method of Lowest Price Limited both home and aboard.
