【摘要】 随着市场经济体制改革的不断深入,新形势下湖北省抗旱服务组织面临投入机制、合理收入机制、多种经营机制和内部管理机制缺失等困境。破解抗旱服务组织生存发展问题的多种模式和办法,应该积极争取“以钱养事”项目,加大对抗旱服务组织的支持力度,探索“两队”合并的发展模式,依托水利开展多种经营等。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with the deepening of institutional reform in the market economy,anti-drought service organizations of Hubei has been in a difficult position due to the lacking of input and income sources,narrow business scope and poor internal management mechanism.The solutions for the survive and development of these institutions are suggested,such as win over projects that have financial support,merger between two service teams and diversify its business based on water sector.更多还原
