【Abstract】 Objective: To establish a quantitative analysis method for phenol in Electrographic gel.Method:The phenol was determined directly at 279nm by first derivative spectrometry.Results:The calibration curve of phenol was linear in the range from 25.47～45.85μg·ml-1 with r=0.9999,the average recovery and relative standard deviation were 99.43% and 0.36% respectively.更多还原
