一阶导数光谱法测定导电凝胶中苯酚的含量

【摘要】 目的:建立导电凝胶中苯酚的含量测定方法。方法:采用一阶导数光谱法于(279±1)nm波长处直接测定苯酚的含量。结果:苯酚在25.47~45.85μg.ml-1浓度范围内,线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.9999,平均回收率99.43%,RSD为0.36%。

【Abstract】 Objective: To establish a quantitative analysis method for phenol in Electrographic gel.Method:The phenol was determined directly at 279nm by first derivative spectrometry.Results:The calibration curve of phenol was linear in the range from 25.47~45.85μg·ml-1 with r=0.9999,the average recovery and relative standard deviation were 99.43% and 0.36% respectively.
