【摘要】 目的:研究墨旱莲对D-半乳糖致衰老小鼠肝脏中SOD、MDA、GSH-Px的影响。方法:通过测定小鼠肝脏SOD、GSH-Px的活性及MDA的含量的变化,研究墨旱莲水煎剂的延缓衰老功效。结果:墨旱莲水煎剂会显著增强SOD、GSH-Px的活性,降低MDA的含量。结论:墨旱莲水煎剂有显著的延缓衰老作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: observing the effect of Eclipta alba apozem to the livers of the mice that were induced senilily by D-galactose.Methods: Determining the activity of SOD and GSH-Px and the content of MDA in the livers of the mice to find the effectiveness of Eclipta alba apozem.Result: Eclipta alba apozem can enhance the activity of SOD and GSH-Px and degrade the content of MDA.Conclusions: Eclipta alba apozem has the effect of delaying aging.更多还原
