【摘要】 优化了反相高效液相色谱法测定人尿液中异硫氰酸酯含量的方法。本法适合大批样品测定人尿液中异硫氰酸酯.

【Abstract】 To optimize the method for determination of isothiocyanates in human urine by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),which can be used to rapidly and large-scale detection of isothiocyanates in human urine.
