【摘要】 水库移民问题一直是制约我国水利水电工程开发的关键,已经引起国家和社会各界的高度重视。移民扶持项目的实施直接影响到移民生活水平的提高和移民安置中长期目标的实现。目前,移民扶持项目实施过程中存在着决策盲目、方案单一、监管不力等问题,严重影响到项目效益的实现。就移民扶持项目决策存在的问题展开分析讨论并提出了一些建议,以期为提高移民项目投资决策的科学性、可行性提供帮助。更多还原

【Abstract】 Reservoir resettlement problem restricts our country water conservancy and electric power project development all the time,which has caused the country and the society from all walks of life taking highly.The resettlement supported project implementation directly affects the enhancement of resettlement living standard and the realization of resettlement placement medium or long-term’s goal.At present,there are some problems in the project implementation process,such as the decision-making blindly,the plan sole,the ineffectual supervising,which affects seriously the project benefit-realization.This article launched the analysis on the resettlement support project decision-making existing question to discuss and propose some suggestions.It aids to enhance resettlement project investment decision-making’s scientific nature and feasibility.更多还原
