【摘要】 发达国家的高等教育已经有了数百年的发展,其依法治教程度是远远走在了我国前面。分析发达国家的高等教育法制理念,必将有利于我国高等教育的发展。发达国家成熟的高等教育法制所蕴含的四方面理念,并提出逐步建立高等教育判例法制度;构建纵横衔接、内外相通、结构合理的高等教育法律体系;逐步建立高等教育仲裁制度等三方面的设想,以此来推动我国高等教育事业的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Higher Education has undergone several hundreds’ development in developed countries and they have sound law system compared to China.Analyzing their legal concept is beneficial to the development of our country.This paper studies the four concepts embodied in the law system of higher education in developed countries.It proposes three ways to progress China’s higher education.That is—to gradually establish case law system in higher education;to form an all-round and well-structured higher education law system and to gradually found educational arbitration organizations.更多还原
