新型抗静电剂氧化锡对聚丙烯复合材料结构与性能的影响

【摘要】 采用共混法制备了聚丙烯/氧化锡(PP/SnO2)抗静电复合材料。探讨了新型抗静电剂SnO2用量、表面处理剂种类等对复合材料体系结构与性能的影响。结果表明:经钛酸酯311w处理后的SnO2的分散性较好;SnO2用量在3~6phr时,复合材料可以获得较好的冲击性能和拉伸性能,添加6phr处理后的SnO2复合材料的冲击强度提高至24.3kJ/m2。

【Abstract】 The polypropylene/Stannic oxide(PP/SnO2)composites were prepared by means of blending.The effects of the using amount of SnO2 and the varieties of surface treating agent on the mechanical properties and structure of the composites were investigated.The results showed that dispersibility of SnO2 treated with Titanate 311w was improved;the impact strength and tensile strength of the composites were improved when the content of untreated SnO2 is 3~6phr,but the impact strength of composites was increased to 24.3kJ/m2 when the content of treated SnO2 is 6phr.
