【Abstract】 This paper adopted CFD numerical simulation method and took the two-dimension physical model as computational prototype.It computed airflow field on the kitchen cross-section which is also the middle cross-section of the hood.While changing the oil fume releasing velocity,it attained the oil fume control rule.This paper put forward a new kind of exhaust hood-air curtain exhaust hood and analysed the oil fume control performance.更多还原
