【Abstract】 public projects will reduce the cost of relative economic activities and raise benefits.However,their excessive benefits are difficult to be economically evaluated.The investment opportunity derived from public investment projects is regarded as platform type multiplied option,and its economic value is evaluated by the real option method so as to solve the above excessive benefit problem in certain degree.Calculating cases show that the present method is practical.更多还原
