松麦粉对蛋鸡生产性能及血清T3、T4水平的影响
Effects of Pine-needle and Mai-Fan rock on egg production and levels of T3 and T4 in layers
【摘要】 选取130日龄罗曼褐壳蛋鸡180羽,随机分为2组,每组90羽,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组饲喂基础日粮+2%松麦粉,研究其对蛋鸡生产性能及甲状腺功能的影响。试验期间每天记录产蛋数,每10d每组随机取鸡蛋30枚逐一称重;于150、210d每组随机取鸡6羽,解剖取甲状腺称重;心脏采血、分离血清,测定T3、T4水平。结果表明:试验组蛋重显著高于对照组(P<0.05);甲状腺重无显著差异;T3、T4水平和T3/T4值显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结果表明,日粮添加松麦粉可显著提高蛋鸡的生产性能,降低T3、T4水平。
【Abstract】 One hundred and eighty 130-day-old layers were randomly divided into 2 groups.The control group was fed on basic diet and the experiment group were fed on basic diet supplemented with 2 % Pine- Main powder to studied the influence of Pine-Mai powder on growth performance and thyroid gland function of layers.In experiment period,the numbers of egg were recorded,and 30 eggs were selected randomly and weighted every ten days.Six layers in each group and total twelve layers were randomly selected and slaughtered at 150 and 210 day-old,the thyroid gland were dissected to weigh; the blood inheart were got and the serum were obtained by centrifugation to determine the level of T3 and T4.The results showed that:the average egg weight and the egg laying ratio of experimental group increased significantly(P < 0.05).There were no significant difference of the weight of thyroid gland between two group.T3 and T4 levels and the ratio of T3/T4 of the experiment group decreased significantly(P < 0.05=.
