以生物发酵的十二碳二元酸为原料合成尼龙612的研究
Study on Synthesis of Nylon 612 from Petroleum Fermentation Dodecanedioic Acid
【摘要】 以1,6-己二胺与生物发酵法得到的十二碳二元酸为原料经过中和成盐、聚合两个步骤合成了尼龙612。对合成的中间和终端产品的结构用红外光谱及核磁共振氢谱(~1H-NMR)进行了确认。测定了尼龙612的物理机械性能和相对黏度,结果表明所合成的产物为性能优良的工程塑料。
【Abstract】 Nylon 612 was synthesized from dodecanedioic acid and 1,6-hexanediamine by means of salt-for- mation from neutralization and polymerization.The synthesized intermediate product and end-product were character- ized by means of IR and ~1H-NMR.The physical mechanical properties and relative viscosity of the prepared nylon 612 were also determined.The result showed nylon 612 was a very good engineering plastics.
