黄河上水电站水轮机磨蚀及防护的研究

【摘要】 在我国多泥沙河流中,黄河上水电站水轮机的磨蚀最具典型性,其磨蚀与水轮机的参数、机型、比转速、运行环境、工况、水头等有密切的关系。根据其磨蚀规律,水轮机的磨蚀防护一般采用涂层防护、合理利用水库排沙措施、优化水轮机结构、合理选型和优化材料等综合措施,取得了较好的效果。总结其磨蚀规律,探索新的防护措施,对进一步提高我国多泥沙河流水电站的运行管理水平,有着重要的意义。

【Abstract】 In the sandy rivers of our country,the abrasion of turbines on the Yellow River is the most representative.The abrasion is close related with the parameters,the models,the specific speed,the operation environment,the operation conditions,and water head of turbine and so on.According to the abrasion law,the comprehensive measures are adopted to defend the abraded turbines,which are coating protection,using properly the measures of reservoir sediment releasing,optimizing the configuration of turbines,selecting properly the type of turbine,optimizing materials and so on,which gains good effects.To summarize the abrasion law and to explore new prevention measures have important significance to advance the operation and management levels of hydro stations on sandy rivers in our country.
