铝合金车轮冲击试验有限元分析

【摘要】 车轮的冲击试验在车轮性能试验中失效率较高,为了在设计初期预测冲击试验结果,建立合理的车轮冲击试验有限元分析力学模型,就一款汽车铝合金车轮采用I-DEAS有限元软件,分别采用有限元分析方法和试验方法对该车轮进行了冲击试验研究,通过对有限元分析结果与试验结果的比较,有限元分析出的车轮破坏趋势与实际试验中车轮的破坏情形完全一致。因此,确定了车轮冲击试验有限元分析的合理约束条件和加载方式,实现了车轮冲击试验有限元分析力学模型的合理建立,为后续进行冲击试验的动态数值模拟奠定了基础。

【Abstract】 In order to establish a reasonable finite element analysis(FEA) model for auto wheel impact test,one type of auto aluminum alloy wheel is studied.Using the I-DEAS software,both FEA method and test method are used in studying the wheel impact test.In FEA the model is constrained at the mounting surface and the five bolt holes,and a force is applied on the top surface 25mm wide when the wheel is placed in a 13 degree angle in the horizontal plane. The linear elastic material model is used in FEA.Static linear analysis is performed at the beginning of this study.It is slightly different from the actual test results.An invalidation trend is given by the FEA result.An actual picture of the wheel after impact test is taken.After the comparison between these two results the coincidence between FEA result and the actual test result is found clearly.Therefore,the boundary conditions applied to the FEA model are correct.The correct FEA model is established.This has set up the basis for the dynamic simulation of the wheel impact test.
