【Abstract】 Drawing lessons from available research achievement,the induction is presented about the mechanism of multi-ring roads development.Comparing latest traffic flow with last year’s,the impact of the middle-ring road on the other two ring roads in Shanghai road network is analyzed.Middle-ring road’s transport function is explained further according to the function of ring roads and the conclusions of impact analysis.更多还原
