【摘要】 针对采气井易发生井喷事故的问题,设计了一种高压气井自动安全控制装置。将该装置安装在产气层以上的套管中,在井口突然失控时,该装置能立即自动关闭气层,制止井喷事故发生;在修井工作完成后关闭井口3-5 h,能自动开启,使气井恢复生产。介绍了该装置的结构和工作原理并计算了主要参数。更多还原

【Abstract】 A high pressure gas well automatic safe controller is designed,aiming at preventing the well blowout accidents which easily occur during the high pressure gas well production.If this switch is set in the case pipe above the production zone,no matter what cause the well head out of control,this switch will automatically turn off and prevent the blowout accidents occurring and it can also automatically switch on the production zone and resume the production in 3～5 hours after the well head is repaired.This paper introduces its structure design and the main calculation methods.更多还原
