【Abstract】 This paper presents a new method of accurate and quick recognizing mechanical-type indicator card.First,we put the indicator card into computer by the scanning apparatus,and carry on the image binaryzation, thinning and vectorization to gain the vectorization of the engineering drawing after the image pretreatment,thereby creating an advantageous condition of feature extraction of indicator card,creating the advantageous condition of improving the failure diagnosis of pumping wells as well.更多还原
