【Abstract】 Aiming at the numerousness of spare parts of equipment and establishment in oil field corporation,this paper proposes four optimization thoughts for spare parts management.In the classified management of spare parts,inventory management mode,supply chain,management process and their integration with computer aided design form a mode of optimization management.The optimization and thoughts are compatible with spare parts management in oil field corporation and improve the operation process or logistics and management integration.更多还原
