【Abstract】 The application and extension of insect-resistant hybrid cotton has greatly increased the unit yield and economic benefits of the cotton farmers,yet there shows a tendency of increasingly lesser increase margin in cotton yield due to incompatibility of variety and planting practice.In Hubei plains,tillage system,fertilizing plan, management measures as well as the inborn defects of the insect-resistant hybrid cotton are main factors leading to the above-mentioned circumstances.For a high cotton yield at present,variety selection is the basis,deep tillage and due fertilizer is the guarantee,and the comprehensive control of diseases and insects is the necessity.更多还原
