【摘要】 农民科技教育培训作为新农村建设的重要组成部分,有利于培养和造就有文化、懂技术、会经营的新型农民。文章介绍了农民科技教育培训的现状及其存在的问题,并且参照企业培训开发系统的运作,对农民科技教育培训机制进行了创新研究,从而使农民科技教育培训能更有效地开发农村人力资源,提高农民科技素质。更多还原

【Abstract】 As an important part of constructing new countryside,farmers’ sci-tech education and training is a benefit for training and fostering new farmers who has knowledge,technology and management capacity.This paper first introduces the actuality and questions of farmer’s sci-tech education and training,and then does innovative research on mechanism of farmers’ sci-tech education and training through consulting the operation of enterprises’ training system,in order to explore countryside’s human resources and enhance farmer’s sci-tech level more efficiently.更多还原
