隧洞混凝土衬砌先边顶拱后仰拱的施工方案

【摘要】 在隧洞工程施工中,开挖与衬砌均处在关键线路上,占用直线工期。在实际施工中,往往由于工期紧张,不得已而采取超常规的施工方案。为此,经研究在大伙房水库输水工程的隧道施工中采用了先边顶拱后仰拱的衬砌施工方案,实现了开挖与衬砌平行作业,从而加快施工进度,确保了工程建设总工期。

【Abstract】 During tunnel construction, both the excavation and lining are on the critic path of the line-period of the construction. However, unconventional construction scheme has often to be taken in actual construction. Therefor, the lining construction scheme of “the inverted arch is lined after the lining of the side and roof arch”is adopted in the construction of the tunnel for the water conveyance project of Dahuofang Reservoir, and then the excavation and the lining are carried out at the same time, by which the construction progress has been promoted and the total construction period of the project has been ensured as well.
