【Abstract】 The VNET system derives from the recent concept of telecom value chains. By accepting various distributed requests from SP, it delivers packaged services from service providers through the unique retail channels of the telecom industry, bringing profit accretion for all participating parties in the value chain. A paradigm is provided by the electronics industry and major corporations’ recent successful transition to emerging markets via using e-pay, SSO, and application integration software.
