【Abstract】 Software problem management is not only the core activity of software testing,but also the psyche of the software testing man-agement.The importance of software problem management is discussed,two kinds of basic life-cycle of software problem are introduced,then an improved life-cycle model of software problem is established which contains the control of sub status and it’s statuses are custom-izable.In the end,the corresponding modeling method for the improved life-cycle model is given.更多还原
