麻黄汤组方原理的研究

【摘要】 本项目提出关于方剂组方原理的现代假说,从研究麻黄汤不同配伍对物质基础、药理效应、药代动力学变化的影响,进而综合分析该方组方的合理性。体外结果显示不同配伍化学成分有所变化,主要化学成分含量也有差异;发汗及抗炎平喘等药理效应均以全方最佳;其他药味的加入对君药麻黄的减毒作用明显;药代动力学研究表明,臣、佐、使药对君药体内吸收、分布、排泄过程均有影响。体内外研究结果均充分验证了所提之假说的正确性。

【Abstract】 Here authors proposed a modern composition scenario for making a prescription.They looked into different Ma-Huang decoctions(MHD)in terms of their chemical compositions,pharmacological effects,and pharmacokinetic variations,and analyzed the rationality behind the prescriptions.In vitro experiments showed that chemical compositions and concentration of the key chemical compositions are differed for the prescriptions with different matching ingredients.They also revealed that the decoction is of a best pharmaceutical effect on diaphoresis,inflammation,and asthma.The toxicity of Ephedra herb can be noticeably reduced,when some other herbs are added.Pharmacokinetic analysis showed that other herbs in MHD have a moderate effect on the absorption,disposition,and metabolic process of the key element Ephedra.The results strongly indicate that the scenario is rationally established.
