形变铜基原位复合材料的研究现状和发展趋势
Research Situation and Developing Tendency on Deformation Processed Copper Based In-situ Composite
【摘要】 形变铜基原位复合材料具有超高的强度和良好的导电性,是高强高导铜合金研究方向之一。本文综述了形变铜基原位复合材料的研究现状,介绍了它的制备方法、结构、性能特点,并展望了进一步发展的趋势。
【Abstract】 High strength and high conductivity copper-base alloys(HSHCC) are functional materials with great application potential.Deformation processed copper-based in-situ composite(DPCC),which has ultrahigh strength and good conductivity,is one of the studying direction of HSHCC.Research situation of DPCC is summarized. Fabrication process,structure and property of DPCC are also introduced.The developing tendency of DPCC is presented.
