粉未冶金高铝锌基合金性能的研究
Study on Properties of High Aluminum Zn-Based Alloy Fabricated by Powder Metallurgy
【摘要】 采用金属粉末、空气中液相烧结的方法制备了粉末冶金高铝锌基ZA27合金。结果表明,在410~435℃烧结2h时,425℃时烧结体的摩擦系数最小,耐磨性最好,随着烧结时间的增加,摩擦系数减小,耐磨性提高,在425℃烧结4h、5h时,烧结体的耐磨性与铸造ZA27合金相比有显著提高。
【Abstract】 The powder metallurgy of high Aluminum Zn-based alloy ZA27 was prepared by means of pure metal powder and liquid phase sintering in air.The results show that the friction coefficient of P/M alloy sintered at 425℃ is minimum and its wear resistance is best when sintered at 410~435℃ for 2 h.With the increase of sintering time , its friction coefficient reduces and wear resistance improves. Compared with ZA27 alloy as-cast , the wear resistance of P/M alloy sintered at 425℃for 4 h or 5 h improves obviously.
