原位生成TiB2/6351复合材料的组织和性能
Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of In-situ TiB2/6351 Composite
【摘要】 利用原位反应法的优点,通过混合盐反应制备了TiB2颗粒增强6351铝基复合材料,研究了复合材料的微观组织和力学性能。结果表明,原位生成的TiB2颗粒尺寸约200nm,在复合材料中分布均匀,与界面结合良好。经热挤压后,晶粒更细小。在保持了基体较高的延展性以及抗腐蚀性能的情况下,复合材料的弹性模量和屈服强度与基体相比,分别提高了22%和48%。
【Abstract】 Utilizing the advantage of the in-situ reaction method, TiB2 particle reinforced 6351 composite was synthesized by mixed-salt reaction method. The microstructure and mechanical properties of TiB2/6351 composite were analyzed. The results show that the in-situ TiB2 particles have the size of 200 nm, uniformly disperse in the matrix and a good bonding with the matrix. The grain is finer after hot extrusion. Besides keeping the high ductility and corrosion resistant properties of the matrix alloy,compared with the matrix,the elastic modulus and the yield strength of the composite raises 22% and 48%, respectively.
