MoSi2含量对原位生成MoSi2/Si3N4复合材料高温氧化性能的影响
Effect of MoSi2 Content on High-temperature Oxidation Behavior of In-situ MoSi2/Si3N4 Composite
【摘要】 研究了不同MoSi2含量的MoSi2/Si3N4复合材料的高温氧化行为,用XRD和SEM分析材料氧化以后的相组成及显微结构,探讨了该材料的氧化机理和氧化膜的破坏方式。结果表明,不同MoSi2含量的MoSi2/Si3N4复合材料在1400℃空气中氧化100h的氧化增量符合抛物线规律,随着MoSi2的含量的增加,材料的氧化活化能升高,氧化后的强度损失率减小。
【Abstract】 The high-temperature oxidation behavior of MoSi2/Si3N4 composite with different MoSi2 content was studied. Phase composition and microstructure of oxidized specimens were analyzed by XRD and SEM.The oxidation mechanism and failure ways of oxidized films were discussed.The results show that the oxidation increment of MoSi2/ Si3N4 composite with different MoSi2 content oxidized at 1 400℃× 100 h in air accords with the parabolic rule.The activation energy increases with the MoSi2 content increasing , the flexure strength increases as well.
