Co基堆焊合金力学性能的磁场控制

【摘要】 将直流纵向磁场引入等离子弧钴基合金堆焊过程中,研究了磁场强度和焊接电流对堆焊层硬度和耐磨性的影响,并对磁场作用机理进行理论研究分析。结果表明:磁场强度应和焊接电流配合使用;适当的外加磁场不仅可以细化堆焊层金属组织的晶粒,而且由磁场产生的电磁搅拌能够提高堆焊层金属的硬度,使堆焊层的耐磨性也显著增强,从而提高堆焊层金属的综合力学性能。

【Abstract】 DC longitudinal magnetic field was used during Co-based plasma arc surfacing,the effect of magnetic field intensily and welding current on hardness and wear resistance of the weld mental overlay was discussed,and the theory of the magnetic field mechanism of action was studied and analyzed.The result indicates that the magnetic field intensity and welding carrent must be matched,the grain of the structure of weld metal overlay can be refined by properly longitudinal magnetic field,its hardness and wear resistance can be increased by electromagnetic stirring,then its comprehensive mechanical property can be improved.
