X70管线钢焊接热影响区组织和韧性研究

【摘要】 通过焊接热模拟的方法,研究了焊接线能量对X70管线钢焊接热影响区组织和低温韧性的影响。结果表明,在25 kJ/cm的焊接线能量下,热影响区粗晶区的组织发生粗化,韧性显著降低;随着焊接线能量增加,低温韧性进一步恶化。然而,焊接线能量对细晶区的组织和低温韧性影响不大,在60 kJ/cm的大焊接线能量下,细晶区仍能获得优良的低温韧性。

【Abstract】 The effect of welding line energy on microstructure and low temperature toughness of heat-affected zone(HAZ) of X70 pipeline steel was studied by welding thermal simulation method.The results show that the microstructure of the coarse grains zone in heat-affected zone coarsens,and the low temperature toughness reduces obviously under welding line energy of 25kJ/cm,and the toughness gets worse with the increase of welding line energy.However,welding line energy has little effect on microstructure and low temperature toughness of fine grain zone,and the excellent low temperature toughness can be obtained under high welding line energy of 60kJ/cm.
