ZG310-570表面消失模铸渗层冲击磨损性能研究
Research on Impact Wear Resistance of LFC-penetration Composite Layer Based on ZG310-570 Steel
【摘要】 结合消失模铸造工艺和铸渗表面强化技术,在廉价的ZG310-570表面形成一层碳化钒/高铬铸铁复合层。在MLD-10型动载磨料磨损试验机上研究了四种铸渗层成分不同的试样在3J能量冲击下的抗磨损性能,并借助JSM-5610LV扫描电镜研究了铸渗复合层的组织结构和磨损形貌。实验结果表明:铸渗剂中FeV50-A为10%(质量分数)时获得的铸渗试样抗冲击磨损性能最好,是ZG310-570试样的71倍。
【Abstract】 The vanadium carbide/high chrome cast iron composite layer was formed on the surface of low-cost ZG310-570 by combining LFC process and casting penetration process. The wear resistance of four different composition specimens was studied on MLD-10 testing machine under 3J impact energy. The microstructure and abrasion morphology of composite layer were studied using JSM-5610LV SEM. The results show that the specimen which contains 10% FeV50-A (mass fraction) in the casting penetration agent has the best impact wear resistance which is 71 times as much as ZG310-570 specimen.
