碳含量对高铬铸铁性能的影响
Effects of Carbon Contents on Properties of High Chromium Cast Iron
【摘要】 通过力学性能、耐磨性能测试、金相组织观察、SEM形貌分析以及残余奥氏体测定,研究了碳含量对高铬铸铁性能的影响。试验结果表明,随着含碳量的增加,冲击韧度、残余奥氏体含量、滑动式磨损率下降;硬度随着含碳量的增加先上升,而后出现下降趋势;滚筒式磨损条件下,含1.8%C(质量分数)的高铬铸铁磨损率最小,耐磨性能最好。
【Abstract】 The effects of carbon contents on properties of high chromium cast iron were studied through mechanical properties and wear resistance testing, metallographic structure analysis, SEM morphology analysis and mensuration of retained austenite. The experimental results show that, with the increase of carbon content, the impact toughness and the content of retained austenite and sliding abrasion rate decreases, the hardness increases at first, then decreases. The high chromium cast iron with carbon content of 1.8% (mass fraction)shows the best wear resistance.
