脉冲电场对Pb-Sn合金熔体过冷度变化的影响
Effect of Pulse Electric Field on Undercooling Degree of Molten Pb-Sn Alloy
【摘要】 采用示差扫描量热分析(DSC)方法研究了脉冲电场作用下Pb-Sn合金熔体凝固过程中的过冷度变化,提出液态结构假设模型,即熔体内团簇尺度大小符合非连续类正态分布规律,从理论上分析了脉冲电场对熔体过冷度的影响,并应用Miedema模型分析了脉冲电场引起的熔体活度变化。
【Abstract】 The undercooling degree of molten Pb-Sn alloy was studied under pulse electric field(PEF) by means of differential scanning calorimetry(DSC), and the model of assumption liquid structure was presented. The model pointed out that the cluster’s dimension distribution in the molten accorded with the discontinuous normal distribution, and the reason of PEF effect on the undercooling degree of molten from theory. Applying the Miedema method, the activity’s change of molten resulting from PEF was analyzed.
