9Cr-1.8W-0.5Mo-V-Nb耐热钢焊接接头的组织和性能
Microstructure and Performance of Weld Joints of 9Cr-1.8W-0.5Mo-V-Nb Heat-resistant Steel
【摘要】 研究了9Cr-1.8W-0.5Mo-V-Nb耐热钢焊接接头的成分、显微组织及性能。结果表明:该耐热钢采用钨极氩弧焊打底+焊条电弧焊盖面的焊接工艺可获得良好的焊接接头;焊缝区的显微组织为回火板条马氏体,局部区域有少量的δ铁素体,与母材正火+回火态的显微组织类似,但晶粒相对粗大;热影响区的显微组织主要为回火马氏体;熔合线结合良好,组织均匀。
【Abstract】 The composition,microstructure and mechanical properties of the 9Cr-1.8W-0.5Mo-V-Nb heat-resistant steel in the welding joint zonewere researched.The experiment results indicate that the good joint of 9Cr-1.8W-0.5Mo-V-Nb steel can be obtained by the TIGW backing welding method with the surface layer covered by SMAW.The microstructure of the weld zone is tempered martensite with a little δ ferrite in the partial zone.It is similar to the microstructure of the base metal normalized and tempered,but the grains are bigger.The microstructure of the heat-affected zone is mainly tempered martensite,and with uniform distribution of grains and good combination in the fusion line.
