PLC控制在汽车后桥壳焊接设备中的应用
Application of PLC Control in Automobile Rear Axle Housing Welding Equipment
【摘要】 将PLC(可编程控制器)自动控制技术用于汽车后桥壳环缝自动化焊接设备,利用PLC控制焊枪的运动,从而实现焊接过程的自动化。系统运行表明,焊机具有控制精度高、安全性好、响应速度快、自动化程度高的特点,达到降低工人劳动强度、提高焊缝质量和生产效率、降低废品率、操作方便、易维修的目的,特别对改善工人劳动条件和提高生产效率具有明显的实用意义。
【Abstract】 Using PLC automatic control technology in the automobile rear axle housing automitic welder,automatic welding process was realized by PLC controlling the movement of the welding torch.The operation of system shows that the welder has advantages of high control precision,high reliability,fast response speed and high automatic level,which achieves the goal of reducing labor intensity,increasing the welding quality and productivity,decreacing reject rate,convenient operation and maintenance,and especially has obvious practical significance to improve the labour condition and the productivity.
