Ti-Nb-Cr-Al系钛合金低温退火工艺研究
Research on Low-temperature Annealing Process of Ti-Nb-Cr-Al System Titanium Alloy
【摘要】 研究了Ti-Nb-Cr-Al系钛合金的低温退火工艺和显微组织,分析了钛合金组织对其力学性能的影响。结果表明:Ti-Nb-Cr-Al系钛合金板材经400~500℃低温退火,弹性模量、强度和硬度显著提高,但塑性下降。
【Abstract】 The low-temperature annealing process and microstructure of Ti-Nb-Cr-Al system titanium alloy was studied.The influences of the microstructure on mechanical properties of titanium alloy were analyzed.The results show that the young’s modulus,strength and hardness of titanium alloy significantly increase via 400~500℃ low-temperature annealing treatment,but its elongation reduces.
