稀土元素对9Cr2Mo冷轧辊钢耐磨性的影响
Effect of Rare Earth Elements on Wear Resistance of Cold-roll Steel 9Cr2Mo
【摘要】 制备了加与未加稀土元素的9Cr2Mo冷轧辊钢,在MM-200型环/块磨损机上进行了环/块磨损试验,并根据磨损试样磨损表面形貌分析了磨损机理。结果表明:9Cr2Mo冷轧辊钢中添加0.1%的稀土后耐磨性明显提高;其组织中Mn的S、O化合物性能和形态对耐磨性具有显著影响,其中具有细小弥散的质硬的颗粒状稀土S、O化物的钢的耐磨性最好;其磨损机理为犁削和交变应力作用下疲劳剥落。
【Abstract】 The cold-roll steel 9Cr2Mo was prepared through adding rare earth elements, the content of which is 0.1% and 0%, respectively. The abrasion test of two kinds of steel was carried out on MM-200 block-on-ring machine. Wear mechanism was analyzed according to wear map. The results show that the wear property of the cold-roll steel 9Cr2Mo with rare earth elements of 0.1% is superior to that of no rare earth elements. The manganic compound with sulfur and oxygen has marked infection on wear resistance in the cold-roll steel 9Cr2Mo. The best wear property of the cold-roll steel 9Cr2Mo with the fine RE and hard (S,O) compound particle is obtained. Wear mechanism are mainly plough-grinding and fatigue flaking under alternating strain.
